One Step LH Urine Ovulation Test is a self-performing immunochromatographic one step assay designed for in vitro qualitative determination of human luteinizing hormone (LH) in urine to perdict when there is LH surge, and in turn, when you are likely to ovulate.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Allow the test and the specimen to equilibrate to room temperature (15-30°C) prior to testing

1. To begin testing, open the sealed pouch by tearing along the notch. Remove the test kit from the pouch and use it as soon as possible.

2. Immerse the strip vertically into the urine sample with the arrow end pointing towards the urine. Do not immerse past the "Mark" Line.  Take the strip out after 3 seconds and lay the strip flat on a clean, dry, non-absorbent surface.

3. Wait 5 to 10 minutes and read results. It is important that the background is clear before the result is read. Results obtained after 30 minutes should be considered invalid.

Note: A low LH concentration might result in a weak line appearing in the test region (T) after an extended period of time; therefore, do not interpret the result after 30 minutes.

INTERPRETATION OF RESULTS

Negative: Only one color band appears on the control (C) region or the test (T) band appears but is lighter than the control band.  This means there is no LH surge.

What does the result mean?

The test is negative and no LH has been detected in a concentration of 25mIU/mL or more.

However, if you are sure that your LH surge at these days, you should retest with another test on other day. If you still get a negative result and your period is stable in past months, you should see your doctor.

Positive:  Two color bands are visible, and the test (T) band is equal to or darker than the control (C) band.

What does the result mean?

The test is positive and has detected the LH in a concentration of 25 mIU/mL or more. This means that one will probably ovulate in the next 24-48 hours.  If trying to get pregnant, the best time to have intercourse is after 24 but before 48 hours.

Invalid: No visible band at all or no colored band appears on the control (C) region.

What does the result mean?

If you get the result, repeat with a new test kit. Take care to follow the instruction very well. If no one is possible, discontinue using the test kit immediately and contact your local distributor.

Avoid the following:

1. NOT keeping the absorbent stick pointing down

2. NOT keeping the results window facing away from your body

3. You waited for more than 10 minutes.
